Ski Unlimited creates tailor-made conference and incentive travel packages for companies and groups. We can arrange everything from your afternoon kick-off in Stockholm to big adventure conferences in Kenya or Las Vegas. And, as our name suggests, we would be more than happy to arrange your conference on the slopes of a fantastic ski resort… Our trips are never standard tours, instead they are always designed in cooperation with each customer according their wishes and requirements.
Ski Unlimited has been involved in producing tailor-made conference and incentive travel packages for nearly 25 years. We work closely with our customers to create unique projects by looking at the goals, aims and needs of each customer and then adding our knowledge, experience and expertise to create a finished product. Our partners in hotels, restaurants and conference centres are all selected for their attention to customer-service, flexibility and dedication to providing a personal touch.
Each year we put together around hundred trips following this philosophy. As you can tell from our name, we specialise in producing ski packages, but we are not restricted to this sort of trip as we also arrange trips far from the snow too. Two thirds of our trips are to ski destinations all over the world. The rest is made up of trips to less cold but nevertheless exciting and adventurous destinations. Sun, sea, sand, city, or why not savannah?
The content
Blending conferences, meetings and training sessions with exciting activities results in a far more productive and memorable event. We alternate – or combine – meetings with memorable activities and tasks or challenges. A stroll along an alpine trail or a ride in a chairlift while discussing the future strategies of the company might give more inspiration than the same talk in a conference room. And who knows what new ideas that will come to you when the conference break offers a breathtaking canyoning tour or a relaxing time at the nearby ancient spa surrounded by stunning vistas?
We can also prepare the content to a different, inspiring and profitable conference. Together with our collaborators we can offer courses and lectures to spice up and increase the value of every conference hour.
Our guides
Our guides are the key to our success during the actual running of each trip. They escort our groups from the arrival all the way through to departure. They know their way around the pistes, villages, cities or forests, are extremely sociable and know where to book for all of those unforgettable dinners. They will take care of all the details so that our guests can focus entirely on enjoying their event or conference.
The Accommondation
“Whatever best suits the purpose.” is our motto when it comes to choosing accommodation. If your group requires privacy we can offer a lodge far away from the hustle and bustle of the world. If the standard of conference facilities is paramount, we know where to book. And if personality and originality are more important than the number of stars, we have the right hotels to book. We don’t work with contracted hotels with a quota to fill, we only book what is right for each individual project.
